Elderly and Aging Issues

Do you ever feel isolated or lonely? Have you experienced the deaths of close friends or family members in recent years? Has your health been deteriorating? Are you dependent on multiple medications to get safely through the day? Do you ever suffer from feelings of depression, loneliness or anxiety?

Getting on in years is never easy, but now the right kind of help and support is closer than you think.

I have 10 years experience working with the elderly and aging population. I have worked in nursing homes alongside patients and their families, helping them navigate through tough end-of-life decisions, and planning discharges. For many years I made weekly home visits to elderly clients, assessing environmental safety and emotional health and well-being. I also had the privilege of being involved in community programs serving the elderly, designed to reduce isolation and encourage healthy aging through physical, spiritual, and recreational programs.

Getting on in years doesn’t have to mean feeling depressed, isolated or lonely. Call me at (973) 348-5279 and start feeling better today. Medicare Part B accepted.
